About the role

The Acting Director of Admissions is accountable for all student admission processes including being proactive in retaining existing students and attracting new enrolments. The Acting Director of Admissions will develop a close working relationship with the Principal, Deputy Principal/ Head of Senior School, International Student Coordinator, Director of Communications and Marketing, Director of Learning and Innovation, Head of Junior School, Head of Curriculum and Year Level Coordinators.

This position is fixed term to cover a period of leave in Term 2 from 8 April 2024 to 28 June 2024. The position is full time however request for part time hours (0.6FTE) will also be considered.

What you bring
• Experience in education and an understanding of enrolment processes at Independent Schools in particular.
• Strong data analysis skills including database management such as Excel and/or Synergetic.
• Sound judgement skills with an ability to manage sensitive information discretely and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong customer focus and excellent personal presentation.
• Valid and current Working with Children Check for Employment
